
How long should I make my first detox diet?
I'm doing a detox diet is to limit certain foods lemon water, detoxifying tea once a day and a colon detox pill every day. How long should I do this diet? This is my first time doing a detox diet and I've been doing for three days so far. I'm used to eating very healthy and organic, so my only effects side have been a bit of an outbreak of acne and my breathing is a little more kick in the morning than it normally is. Also, what should I do after having cleaned the colon? Is it okay to start doing detox baths now or should I take a break?
